Jonathan Price II

July 2, 1991 — March 27, 2020

Jonathan “JP” Keith Price II was born on July 2, 1991 in South Philadelphia, PA. He was born to parents Quonda Lawrence and Jonathan K. Price Sr. Jonathan gained is wings on March 27, 2020. Jonathan was raised to be respectful, genuine, responsible, and family oriented. Jonathan accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior at a young age in the presence of his godfather, Tyrone Washington.

Jonathan received his education through the Philadelphia school system. Jonathan attended several schools including: Albert Greenfield Elementary, Philadelphia E&T Charter, Freire Charter, and Delaware Valley High where he received his high school diploma. Jonathan gained higher education from the following schools: Pa Institute of Technology (Medical Assistant) Cheyney University where he studied Business Administration, received his bartending license, and Thomas Jefferson University for his medical coding certification. Jonathan took pleasure in educating others on a variety of topics. His favorite subjects were science and history. Jonathan had entrepreneurial goals and was working tirelessly to make his dreams a reality. Jonathan worked at several companies including: ROI, Rent-A-Center, Lincoln Financial Field, and lastly Abington Jefferson hospital as a billing analyst.

Jonathan will be remembered by his family and friends as a loyal, comedic, hardworking, intelligent, charismatic, determined, and straight forward young man. Jonathan’s most outstanding and noteworthy quality was his devotion as a father. At age twenty one, upon the birth of his first child, Jonathan matured quickly and shaped his entire life around his son Keith whom he adored. Jonathan thoroughly enjoyed being a father to Keith and would move Heaven and Earth to make Keith happy. In late 2019, Jonathan and his girlfriend Jasmine, conceived their first child together. Jonathan was eager to meet his second child and was preparing himself to be the family man he always aspired to become. Jonathan’s children were always his top priority. Jonathan was fully committed to building a strong family unit, being present in the lives of his children, and providing a desirable life for his growing family. Jonathan enjoyed spending time with his many friends that are heartbroken, creating/attending social gatherings with his immediate family, loved singing oldies and rapping Meek Mill, playing sports, and most of all being an active Eagles fan. To know Jonathan, was to love him. Jonathan had the ability to make anyone laugh and possessed not only a unique laugh but also a smile (we loved his dimples)that would light up a room. Jonathan was a loving son, caring brother, honest friend, exceptional boyfriend, and most of all an exemplary father. He will be greatly missed by many.
