Maurice Wilson

Maurice Alexander Wilson was born in Philadelphia Pa on May 16,1975 to Maurice Butts and Diana Wilson. Maurice was educated in the Philadelphia School System. Maurice recently attended a Training Academy where he graduated and received his Forklift and Contractors license.

Maurice held many titles as a Construction worker, Warehouse Associate and Care Provider, but the title he valued most was Dad. He took pride in providing for his family, which meant never telling them no. He loved spending time with his family and would do silly things to make them laugh. He was an exceptional Girl Dad. Maurice enjoyed watching movie’s especially with his daughters. Maurice also loved his xbox, he could play for hours at a time. He loved his electronics.

Maurice was affectionately known By his friends as “Mall Black”. He had a heart of gold! He would give someone the shirt off his back. He would go out his way to help anyone. To know him was to love him. Maurice will be deeply missed.

Maurice leaves to forever cherish his memories: Wife Kenyatta, Five Daughters Ajanae, Najiah, Makayla, Londyn and Novah. One son Maurice Jr who proceeds him in death, His father Maurice, His mother Diana, His Grandparents  Joseph and Jean Butts who proceeds him in death, Four Brothers Victor, Stephen, Terrell, And Donte, Three Sisters Rasheedah and her three children who proceeds him death, Jaqutta and Monay, a host of Aunts including His Aunt Vicki who he shared a very special bond with, a host uncles, nephews, nieces, cousins and friends
